STRENGTHENING the role of pas in louisiana

Join LAPA

Welcome to the Louisiana Academy of PAs! Established in 1978, this organization represents a growing number of PAs year after year as we move the profession forward. We are committed to our vision to promote and provide excellent quality medical services to all citizens of the state through growth and utilization of PAs.

By joining LAPA, you have taken the first step in improving our state practice. We aim to represent you both in local and national efforts that effect PA practice in this rapidly changing healthcare environment. Our legislative efforts and advocacy remain a top priority and made stronger by having a united and strong membership group. We thank you for joining our organization and making an impact in your profession.

Your membership benefits include access to our PA network, legislative representation, inclusion in our regional groups for local outreach and networking, special reduced rates for the annual conference, access to job opportunities, the ability to vote for our leadership team, and opportunities to participate in statewide committees and groups. We hope you will consider taking the next steps to get involved and be a part of these efforts.
