On the date of the scheduled speaker event, you must not attend if you are currently experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, such as: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea or any other COVID-19 symptoms as currently defined by the Center for Disease Control or the World Health Organization. You also must not attend the speaker event if you have tested positive for COVID-19 within 10 days of the event, or if you are not fully vaccinated and have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within 10 days of the scheduled event. If you are fully vaccinated and have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, but you are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, you may attend the speaker event.
You are fully vaccinated 2 weeks after the second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine. By attending the event, you confirm that you meet the requirements identified above. During the event, you will be required to wear a mask at all times unless you are actively eating or drinking. You must also adhere to all safety measures required by the venue and local/state guidelines, which may include maintaining a social distance of 6 feet (2m) from other attendees. By voluntarily attending the speaker event, you acknowledge and agree that there is no guarantee that you may not be exposed to COVID-19 as a result of your attendance, and you freely assume any and all such risks.
